Run Reports

  1. Click on the blue Reports tab in the top row navigation panel, and click on General, Assets, or Activities Reports.



    1. Executive Report, Open Support Request Summary, Support Request Detail, and Billable Time Summary:
      1. Click the down arrows next to Report Options to expand the section.
      2. Click on the Company field and type in client Company name. Allow the system to find the client.
      3. Click the Start Date and End Date fields to select dates.
      4. Check the boxes to Include Full Ticket Summaries, Include Billable Time, Include Expenses, and/or Include Internal Notes in the report that will be generated if desired.
      5. Click Generate Report

    2. Click the Active Client Summary report to display a complete list of all Company records marked Active in the system.

    3. Client Surveys:
      1. Click the down arrows next to Report Options to expand the section.
      2. Click the Start Date and End Date fields to select dates.
      3. Click Generate Report

    4. Click the Expiring Inventory/Warranty Report to display a complete list of all Asset Items with related Warranty Information, color coded for prioritization based on the expiration dates entered in the Asset Management System.

  2. Click the Printer icon on the upper right hand corner of the Reports display to print the report.
