Shockey Monkey Additions- SM PRO Subscription upgrade process has been implemented.
- Fixed an issue with hosted exchange, where mailboxes with quotas larger than 10GB were not rendering correctly inside of Service Manager.
- Implemented a new field across all contacts. PIN, this will allow for a unique 4 digit number to be assigned to individuals.

Shockey Monkey Account Filtering- We've published a change to how service manager accounts are rendered. By default, everything will look exactly the same. However, you can go to Options->Service Manager->Account Display. Here you can enable account grouping. Account grouping will allow you to organize your Hosted Exchange & Hosted Essential Accounts based on the domain group they reside within.

Shockey Monkey SOAP Callback- We've published the new Shockey Monkey SOAP Callback framework.
- Allows you to assign a remote API/Methods to triggerable events.
- Currently you can hook into Ticket (create, modify, close) events.

Shockey Monkey Bugs- An issue was reported about the Service Manager, where users were having trouble using Internet Explorer. We have fixed this issue and normal operation should now occur, when using the service manager.
- We also added the ability to configure Distribution Group alias accounts within the service manager.

Shockey Monkey Accounting Module- Accounting Module
- The accounting module has been brought up to match the look, feel and design of the 2.0 interface.
- Fixed an issue where it was not allowing the creation of invoices under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where autocomplete was not working in several areas making it impossible to add items to invoices.
- Fixed all GUI overlapping issues that were caused from the initial 2.0 update.
- Fixed an issue on the payments page that would not allow you to change the filter type.
- Adjusted several performance issues that would cause robust amounts of information to load when it was unnecessary.
- Added the ability to configure your "currency" format globally across your portal.
- Other Improvements
- Added an event handle to the top search box, to load upon selection.
- Fixed an issue that would not allow the addition of links.
- Fixed a logic issue with our Email2Ticket software. It's now more reliable.

Shockey Monkey Fixes- Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with SLA creation that was not allowing the selection of (service, contract, queue, location).
- Fixed an issue that was not allowing the prices inside of Service Manager products to be changed.
- Fixed an issue where Company Assets were not being displayed.
- Fixed an issue where autocomplete was not working correctly when creating new tickets.
- Fixed the autocomplete on the global search field.
- Fixed an issue on the Dashboard that would display an invalid # of tickets if a company with open tickets was deleted without closing their tickets first.
- Enhancements
- Added a new configurable option to [status] flags. You can now designate which flags will trigger (open or closed) events. This was part of a much larger issue and will make SLA and 3rd party integrations work better together.
